Adam Zuckerman is Of Counsel to Mirsky & Company.  Adam, an attorney and MBA, has five years experience as a corporate and business attorney. With a diverse background focused on strategic, tactical, and short-term operations management for numerous organizations, Adam has had experience attending to various legal and compliance matters.

Adam has extensive experience negotiating complex multi-party contracts and has drafted numerous MOUs, NSAs, confidentiality agreements, registrations and annual filings. He has also prepared numerous federal/state regulatory filings, drafted engagement agreements, corporate documents, advisory memoranda, oversight exam responses and class action filings.

Prior to working with Mirsky & Company, Adam was General Counsel and Vice President to JESS3, LLC, and Associate Counsel and Vice President to Hovde Capital Advisors. Prior still, Adam worked in Anheuser-Busch’s Business and Wholesaler Development and Demand and Supply Planning divisions, the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the Santa Barbara (California) District Attorney’s Office, and The Lawrence Group.  Adam has served as a management, strategy and operations consultant to various start-up companies.

Education

A native of the greater metropolitan Washington, DC area, Adam received his JD, MBA and BA in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis. He is admitted to practice law in Illinois as well as in the District of Columbia and is also a Notary Public in the District of Columbia.
