As an intern with Mirsky & Company, Kate Tummarello writes on trending legal issues in new media and intellectual property. She also helps maintain the firm’s Twitter presence and serves as a researcher on a range of legal topics.

By day, Kate is a reporter at Roll Call/Congressional Quarterly, where she writes and edits for a newspaper covering everything related to Congress.

Prior to moving to the DC area, Kate attended Hamilton College, where she studied Public Policy. She also served as Editor-in-Chief of the student newspaper, working both to improve the print version and usher the publication into the digital age.
